Reading it, you really felt there and felt for Liz and Diane. You learn some amazing stuff about humankind, to the point, I doubt you will think the same again. It will move you, make you laugh and horrify you.

An account of the author's experience of Khunde Hospital in Nepal, where she battled the cold, and coped with poor facilities, unfamiliar ailments and a chauvinistic society. The book touches on all aspects of the human condition, and provides an insight into another world.
